Highland Peak's ridge top position provides stunning views from our
suites and lounges.
Located
at a road-end with 21 acres of grounds, we are quiet, secluded and
private.
You can walk in
the forest before breakfast, and
listen to the birds.
Or relax after the days'
experiences
on the sundecks,
or in the spa pool,
... before pre-dinner drinks.
Accommodation
Highland Peaks has 4 suite options, named after the surrounding mountain ranges, in two private guest wings.
The large Lammerlaw Peaks Suite is suitable for families or groups traveling together. The spacious Maungatua Suite is particularly favoured by honeymoon couples. The Lammerlaw and Silver Peaks Suites suit couples or single travelers.
Facilities. All suites have
garden or mountain
views, phones, WiFi internet, flat panel TV, safe, iron,
hair dryer, CD/DVD,
refrigerators,
tea/ coffee making facilities, pure New
Zealand wool carpets, double glazing and sound
insulation.
Suites feature native Kauri furniture,
big wrap bathrobes, large bath towels, natural herbal toiletries and
fresh flowers.
All are wheelchair and family friendly.
The
Maungatua Suite
Super-king or
twin-single beds, an Italian tile ensuite with double showers, two
person spa bath, two hand basins, under floor heating, demist
mirrors and heated towel rails.
It has a entrance &
lobby, private sitting area with both mountain & garden views, and direct
access to sundecks & outdoor spa pool.
Capacity: two adults,
1-2 children
The Silver Peaks Suite
Super-king or
twin-single beds, an European beech private bathroom with shower,
spa bath, demist mirrors and heated towel rails. It has
a separate toilet & garden view.
Capacity: two adults.

Highland Peaks
provides quality in-house dining by arrangement, from formal
Chef-prepared fine dining to casual NZ BBQs.
Or we can organize dining at a
wide range of excellent local restaurants, with courtesy transport.
Menus are custom
designed to suit your preferences.
Gluten free cuisine is our specialty.
Our tariff includes continental or full breakfasts, made fresh each day from locally-sourced produce.
